It's time to make sure your home is ready for the winter

As we approach colder weather, it's important to prepare your home to avoid any potential damage. The first freeze date for the Denver & Boulder metro is October 15th, and we need your help to ensure everything is winter-ready. Please take a moment to review the following reminders:

Sprinkler Systems

If your property has a sprinkler system that hasn’t been winterized yet, please contact us

immediately so we can schedule a service. Winterizing the system is crucial to prevent damage and leaks caused by freezing temperatures.

Thermostat Settings

Anytime you plan to be away from home, please make sure your thermostat is set to at

least 55 degrees. This is essential to prevent pipes from freezing, which could lead to

significant damage to your home.

Snow Removal

If you live in a single-family home and/or your lease specifies that you are responsible for lawn care and snow removal, please remember to shovel any snow from the sidewalks within 24 hours of snowfall to ensure safety and compliance.

Thank you for your attention to these important matters. By taking these precautions, we can help prevent any cold-related issues and keep your home safe throughout the winter.
